I once spoke on stage, felt wobbly and disconnected — walked off thinking I blew it. I was so hard on myself I just pushed the whole thing to the back of my mind.

A few days someone said, “You were amazing doing your talk. I could never do that.”

And it took me a minute to understand...because I’d forgotten I even GAVE the talk.

That’s how loud self-doubt can be.

But here’s what helps me bounce back - instead of focusing on what I think I did badly, I change my focus.
